Every vial we ship is independently tested using HPLC and must meet a minimum of 98% purity. If your batch certificate shows purity below this threshold, contact us and we will issue a full replacement or refund immediately. We publish COA results for every batch so you can verify this yourself before and after purchase.
Fill volume under 90%
Each vial is filled to the declared volume before leaving our facility. If your vial arrives with a fill volume below 90% of what was stated — whether due to leakage, handling, or manufacturing error — we will send a full replacement at no cost, or issue a refund. Simply contact us with a photo of the vial and we will resolve it the same day.
Order seized in transit
In the event your package is seized or held by customs, we will issue a full replacement or complete refund at no additional cost. All we ask is that you notify us and share any documentation received from the relevant authority. We take full responsibility for transit outcomes.
